How will my digital files be delivered?

Your media will be supplied via Cloud Service like Dropbox or Google Drive, an email, or a USB Storage Device (If requested).
From there, you will have the ability to download files (Photos/Videos) with a single click from one of the sources listed.

Do I need to be present with your services?

You are under no obligation to meet at the property if we have access to the place through a door code or another means of entry. We enjoy interacting with our clients, but we recognize that you are running a business, so think of High Caliber Captures as an extension of your staff.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

We have a highly accommodating rescheduling policy, so no worries. Whilst we are aware that things can change, we undertake every opportunity to be responsive to even last-minute adjustments.
