Kody Hilbert attended Depew High School. After graduation, Kody received an offer to pitch in college baseball after graduating. Unfortunately, he put up his cleats early in his career after sustaining a serious injury. Kody's flame didn't burn out completely, building a company from the ground up was in his blood.
One thing Kody never forgot was his father's influence as a business owner. Throughout his childhood, Kody witnessed his father build and grow their family business, Dough Boyz, into a prosperous legacy. While he learnt a great deal from his father, he respectfully preferred to develop his own company and legacy rather than pursuing Dough Boyz.
Kody has a significant amount of sales and marketing experience. While Kody appreciates closing deals, he is perpetually looking for ways to not only grow HCC, but also his desire to establish growth for any type of company, regardless it is large or small. Kody Hilbert's background screams social media development and influential networking. Furthermore, he will stop at nothing to push and exceed not only his personal goals, but also each company that comes in within his path of success.
Aside from his professional accomplishments, Kody is a loving husband to his wife, Clarissa Hilbert, and a father to his son and daughter, Brady Hilbert and Baylor Hilbert.
